Intake Session
$200
The intake session is our first full session together (usually 50–60 minutes). It’s a space for you to share what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to work through, and what healing might look like for you.
During this session, we’ll:
Explore your personal history and current concerns
Talk about your goals for therapy
Go over any past experiences with therapy or trauma
Review important paperwork, consent, and confidentiality
Begin creating a personalized path forward
You don’t need to prepare anything or share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll go at your pace, and you’re always in control of what you share.

Therapy Session
$150
Ongoing therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long and offer a consistent space for you to explore, reflect, and grow. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anxiety, rebuilding trust, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again — this is your time, your space, and your pace.
In these sessions, we may:
Process difficult experiences, emotions, or patterns
Learn grounding and coping tools for stress or overwhelm
Explore relationships, boundaries, and self-worth
Reconnect with your body and sense of safety (especially after trauma)
Track your progress and adjust goals as you grow
Each session is tailored to meet you where you are. Some days we may go deep; other days we might focus on skills or support. Both are valuable. What matters is showing up — and I’ll be right here with you.
We do offer a sliding scale if financially necessary
